These will be my beforehand questions:
1. How do you judge if a DRUUMM event is a success and how does this role contribute to that success?
2. What accomplishments would you expect after 6 months, 1 year, etc. to consider the hire a success?
3. The job listing says, “This may be an employee or a consultant depending on the candidate’s interest.” Would you please explain these two options and how the role would differ with each choice?
4. I understand recordkeeping and maintaining the membership database is a big part of the role. How are records currently being kept? And what is the current health of DRUUMM’s databases?
5. The job description states that the person in this role will, “Maintain regular office hours for member engagement.” What will regular office hours look like for this role?

And these I’ll ask during:
6. How do you currently get feedback from those who attend DRUUMM events?
 * Since I would think they want to increase that number, feedback from that group would be extremely important regarding how to make things better.
7. Also, what are the 2 most important changes/improvements required to make DRUMM more successful over the next year?
 * Then you blow them away in the interview by talking about how you can contribute to those improvements.
8. Have you had a steady staffer in this role or have they had a high turnover with this role?
 * if they’ve had a high turnover, to what do they attribute that?
9. Are you expecting me to be a book-signed Unitarian Universalist?
